The Kfz.9 Famo was a half-track vehicle used by the German army during World War II. It was the largest German half-track vehicle ever produced. Approximately 2,500 were produced between 1938 and 1945. It was designed as a heavy artillery tractor but was usually sent to tow tanks or vehicles which got stuck or damaged. This new Sd.KFz.9 Famo construction block model from COBI has movable elements such as rotating wheels with rubber tires, movable track, a loading flap and opening doors. A German figure with two flags is also included in the set.
